Sour Jenny
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. Blackland Barrel-rested Gin
- 3/4 oz. Lemon juice
- 3/4 oz. Egg white
- 1/2 oz. Martin House Blueberry sour ale simple syrup
- 2 dashes Scarborough bitters
instructions
Add ingredients and ice to a shaker and shake vigorously. Fine strain into a cocktail glass on a cube of ice. Garnish with a lemon peel.
