Sour Jenny

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Blackland Barrel-rested Gin
  • 3/4 oz. Lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz. Egg white
  • 1/2 oz. Martin House Blueberry sour ale simple syrup
  • 2 dashes Scarborough bitters

instructions

Add ingredients and ice to a shaker and shake vigorously.  Fine strain into a cocktail glass on a cube of ice.  Garnish with a lemon peel.
