- 1 1/2 oz Becherovka
- 1 1/2 oz Pear-Cardamom Shrub
- 1/2 oz Asian Pear-Honey Simple
- 2 dashes Cardamom bitters
instructions
Mix all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir until very cold. Fine strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a cheddar crisp.
