The Picture of Earl Grey

ingredients

  • 2 oz. Earl Grey Tea-Infused Ford’s Gin
  • 1/2 oz. Italicus
  • 3/4 oz. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. Simple syrup
  • 1 egg white

instructions

For this refreshing concoction, combine ingredients in a shaker and dry shake the cocktail.  Add ice to the shaker and wet shake the cocktail.  Fine strain into a chilled martini glass.  Express a lemon peel over the cocktail and discard the peel.
