Savor the elements of citrus and smoke as you partake in “The Blinker’s On”, a mocktail homage to the 1930’s cocktail, “Blinker”.
- 2 oz. Greenbar UnWhiskey
- 2 oz. Citra-Fresh Agave Paloma mixer
- 1/2 oz. Raspberry-ginger honey simple
instructions
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until very cold. Fine strain into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with a grapefruit peel and pink peppercorns.
