Tucked into the lower levels of the historic Statler Hotel in downtown Dallas, Bourbon & Banter is a fun stop, whether you are a guest at the hotel or a visitor to its gatherings.  The entrance is truly speakeasy-style, and a bit fun.  (The only hint we’ll give you is the phone booth.)  Inside, you will find an extensive bar with an impressive bourbon library.  The cocktails are good, but if the room is very busy, certain ingredients may run out before the end of the night.
